Hannah is an energetic and passionate yoga teacher. She is known for her holistic approach to nurturing and nourishing the whole body by connecting the mind, body and breath and by focusing on supporting her students to adopt a wholesome and pure approach to life. 


Her authentic approach allows you to take your practice from the mat and transfer it into daily life by offering a suite of additional benefits such as nutritious recipes, networking groups, breathing techniques, postures, mindfulness (that you can do at work or on the go) and much more! All of which you can fit in around your busy life and commitments with her philosophy being that yoga should be accessible for everyone and not be a chore!


Hannah’s classes vary from invigorating and energising ‘express’ morning classes to stimulate the body and strengthen your focus for the day ahead, to smooth stretching and strength building classes that help calm the body and mind; supporting better sleep and building resilience for dealing with stressful situations.
